AN ANGEL!! After a very worrying day I called Him (unknown to me and over 250miles away) to help my uncontactable, disabled and deaf father, whose telephone was not working. I had bought a new BT phone, installed it. He could hear it working but could not answer. The engineer arrived at the promised time and “sorted” him out. Simple connection of the correct wire. Thank you so much. He would not take any money for the job and Dad’s comments were “…what an angel/a very trustworthy and decent man.” Thank you again, it restores my faith in people to hear of such a tale. – Vivien

He’s experience really shone through. Very pleased with the new sockets all hacked into the walls. Broadband works faster & the sockets look so much neater than the boxes that were fixed on the walls, with all the ugly wires showing by BT before hand. I had rung other phone guys – NOT ONE of them offered to lift the floorboards or flush fit the sockets like this engineer did. I am so pleased that the wiring has all been hidden & he does it all so confidently. Thank you. Emily

My TV aerial wiring was replaced & the telephone line wiring along with it due to my house extension being built. Very efficient & courteous guys. They even used their own Dyson to clean up afterwards. I recommend their services. Linda

The engineers came & installed my BT Versatility phone system. Sorted out my consistantly dropping broadband, then fitted an external ringing bell which wakes the yard up…! All in all I was very impressed & glad to have found someone so reliable.

The guys have provided me with 112 Cat6 points. They completed the install very professionally & on time. I would use this company everytime for telephone & data cabling installation. Broadband was so poor because of the old wiring. All renewed now & I get really good speeds. The guys know there stuff & the wires are all hidden. It used to look so ugly where BT had drilled through the window frame. Not now though. Top Job. – Carlton
